Sea 'N' Recycle

Adventure Ecologist Adventure Ecology Founder and Environmentalists David de Rothschild spoke with more than 200 children in North Texas via Skype from the catamaran Plastiki made of plastic bottles. David de Rothschild and his crew was at sea bringing attention  to the garabe patch twice the size of Texas.
Children showed up from YMCA, Camp Fire, and Crossland Ninth Grade Center of Granbury, Texas.
It was history making when the Museum brought current science and technology to North Texas.

Having been inspired from the Plastiki Expedition Amy Romans created a 8000 plastic bottle tunnel for the museum titled Sea ā€˜Nā€™ Recycle in honor of the voyage Plastiki. It traveled throughout DFW community for over a year.
